Acquire new accounts by cold calling, referrals, leads, etc
Gather information for Marketing of new accounts: location, kind of business, amounts to be insured, any underwriting necessary to place with carriers.
Service all accounts produced.
Work closely with Marketing team on any changes to be made during policy year.
Work on renewal 90 days in advance with Marketing team; advise of changes.
Responsible for collection of premiums.
Position may supervise others.
Requirements
Agents license required; technical and/or professional designation preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
Two to five years of experience in similar role.
Ability to travel.
Excellent communication and organizaitonal skills.
Ability to work with others.
