This is a SIG unit position applying technical knowledge and customer service to TPA managed SIGs.Works with Program Management, Claims and Loss Control to coordiate all SIG-related efforts.
Essential Functions
Coordinate and facilitate SIG program responsibilities.
Coordinate cohesive service delivery across SIG functions.
Create records and assist in the evaluation of program trends on loss ratios, claim frequency and severity and other assigned topics.
Facilitate timely communication of pertinent information to SIG members.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials for client board presentations.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials for client committee meetings.
Maintain and distribute Loss Control video library materials to SIG members.
Assist in the development and distribution of quarterly loss control newsletters to SIG members.
Maintain program files and records.
Support ConceptOneTPA Users.
Reproduce issues, document and send to vendor for resolution.
Document all communications and fixes in BMC & ITS.
Assist with the development of reports and merged documents.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School diploma required - Associate or Bachelor degree in business-related field preferred.
Basic understanding of insurance and Workers Compensation line of business
Insurance course work (e.g. INS coursework, pictorials, and other insurance designation coursework).
Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
Good listening skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Possess good telephone skills and a courteous, service oriented demeanor.
Strong aptitude in computer and information technology.
Ability to work on multiple projects.
Ability to shift priorities frequently.

Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
