1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent payroll or bookkeeping experience.
2. Good understanding of accounting principles, multi-state payroll taxes, government payroll regulations, and various deductions.
3. Working knowledge of ADP software including Human Resources Benefits and payExpert.
4. Good attention to detail.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
6. Good organizational skills.
7. Good math aptitude.
8. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
9. Ability to adjust to changing priorities and works well under pressure, in a team environment.
10. Proficient with a 10 key calculator.
11. Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and basic payroll processing systems.
12. Must be very confidential. |
